Girls’ Cross Country
“This year we’re trying to not only win ECCs again but also take the State title. The team has been training almost daily through the whole summer and I know our hard work is going to pay off. “This off season has been all about changing the culture of East Lyme Football. We value commitment, effort and teamwork. Field Hockey
“My goal for the team this year is to win but also to bond and play well as a unit so we can play our best as a whole, not as individuals. To prepare for our season we have done captains practices twice a week and conditioning as well. We want to go into the season in shape and ready to play.” – Senior Anna Fennell

Boys’ Soccer
“Our summer program has been successful and productive in increasing fitness and strengthening chemistry. I think we’re already starting to consider what our style is. Thanks to this work, I’m confident that this team has the ability to be highly competitive in the ECC and States as well.” – Senior Conrad French

Boys’ Cross Country
“We are looking to win our State class championship and conquer the ECC this season. We intend to do that with a deep team that has been training all summer with a variety of long distance runs and several bonding activities at the Shack restaurant.” – Senior Eli Montleon

“We’re trying to build the team chemistry up this year. We struggled a bit last year with that but during our ECC matches we really came together and that’s what we want during our entire season this year. Having everyone be there for one another is a huge aspect to the game.” – Senior Lauren Imbriaco
